MY PROCESS FOR SNEAKER LONGEVITY
• Decreasers are recommended, and are included with all custom pairs. I’d recommend sizing ½ size up.
• Leather shoes are properly prepped to increase paint adhesion
• Additives are used for proper adhesion to canvas and leather surfaces
• High-quality sneaker paints are used
• Work is all sealed with a permanent sealant
• All shoes are also sprayed with a waterproofing spray
What is included in free shipping?
Free shipping includes USPS Priority Mail. This provides you with a tracking number and $50 insurance. Once you have been provided with tracking information the package is out of my hands. This means that all inquiries about a missing or mis-delivered package must be filed with USPS by you as there is nothing I can do.
If you would like to add additional insurance or a signature confirmation please let me know in advance as you would be responsible for those costs.
If a package is returned to us the customer will be responsible for the fees to re-ship the item. Please take the time to double check your address information is correct.
